A local company is seeking a Business Analyst on a fixed-term contract. They will play a crucial role in driving digital and operational transformation by identifying business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
The successful candidates’ day-to-day will include gathering and documenting requirements, analysing current processes to recommend improvements, supporting solution design, and acting as the bridge between business units and technical teams. They will also assist with change initiatives such as training and user acceptance testing, conduct data analysis to support decision-making, and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a Business Analyst in insurance or financial services, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with business process modelling. Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is essential.
