Neptune Sonar Limited is a leading manufacturer of underwater acoustic transducers, based in Kelk, Driffield, East Yorkshire.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time 'Production Assistant' to work within our in-house Preparation and Production Departments. An enthusiastic approach and attention to detail is essential for this role.
What the Role Involves:
* Preparation of cable assemblies
* Prepare surfaces of various types of material
* Reading and understanding written work instructions
* Pack items to commercial standards
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Able to work on a variety of intricate products
* Ability to work alone, or as part of a team
* Attention to detail is vital
* Physically capable of manual handling and moving equipment
* Keen to learn and be self-motivated
* Basic computer skills
Salary and Benefits:
* Hours: 08.00 to 17.15 Monday to Thursday, 08.00 to 13.00 Friday
* Over-time may be required
* Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

O21 £25,396 p/a
Additional Information:
* On-site training will be given to the successful applicant
* Fork-lift License would be advantageous
* Due to the location of the business, a full UK driving license is required
