These fun games give customers a chance of winning money in either live games or previous games!! They are looking to grow sales and revenue and need an Affiliate Manager to join the team to help grow their affiliate partnerships.

Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our team of affiliate managers at Match Bingo. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and inspiring a high-performing affiliate team, as well as sourcing, recruiting, and nurturing affiliate partnerships to drive user acquisition and brand awareness. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact and plenty of room for creativity and growth.
Key Responsibilities for an Affiliate Manager:
* Team Leadership:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate managers, setting targets and supporting their professional growth.
* Affiliate Recruitment:
* Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners who can effectively promote Match Bingo to relevant audiences.
* Relationship Management:
* Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, motivation, and resources to maximise performance.
* Campaign Management:
* Oversee the development and launch of affiliate campaigns, monitor results, and optimise for growth and ROI.
* Performance Analysis:
* Track, analyse, and report on affiliate performance, using data to inform decisions and improve results.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure affiliate promotions align with company goals and messaging.
* Platform Management:
* Oversee and optimise our use of affiliate management platform
Qualifications and Skills for an Affiliate Manager:
* At least 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the gambling or gaming industry.
* Proven experience using affiliate management platforms (Commission Junction, Impact, Awin, or similar).
* Strong track record of recruiting and managing successful affiliate partnerships.
* Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is a strong plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
