The role
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to execute Paddle’s event program with excellence. This role is all about flawless delivery, ensuring every event runs smoothly, reinforces our brand, and supports our go-to-market priorities.
Reporting to the Field Marketing Lead, you’ll play a critical role in turning strategy into execution, from pre-event planning to onsite coordination and post-event follow-up. You’ll manage logistics end-to-end, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing functions, and help bring to life the in-person experiences that create and accelerate pipeline.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that’s ideal for someone who takes pride in operational excellence and loves bringing ideas to life through live experiences that move the revenue needle.
This role will involve local and international travel to manage and attend events across our key markets.
What you'll do
1. Event Execution: Manage end-to-end logistics for owned and sponsored events, including venue coordination, vendors, shipping, budgets, and onsite support.
2. Event Planning: Build clear event proposals, briefs, workbacks, target lists, and documentation to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
