Key Responsibilities: Oversee cost control and financial reporting for residential schemes. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and valuations. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best value. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential construction. Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
