As a Learning & Development (L&D) Engineer, you’ll be part of our Group Functions Technology team, working across global domains. You’ll support our learning platforms — Bupa Learn and Bupa Campus — which are essential for ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding care and meet regulatory standards.

How you’ll help us make health happen
As our L&D Engineer, you’ll:
1. Support, develop and configure environments for our global learning platforms.
2. Preferably experienced in supporting SaaS Learning Management Systems, IT integration, APIs, and data analytics.
3. Assess and validate technical solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
4. Contribute to software architecture decisions and collaborate with infrastructure teams.
5. Own and resolve IT-related issues within your domain, ensuring service continuity.
6. Work closely with stakeholders across Bupa’s global markets and IT departments.
7. Engage with cross-functional technology teams to influence solution outcomes.
8. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and look for ways to improve our systems.
9. Support incident and request management, including third-party supplier coordination.
10. Follow Bupa’s change control, release planning and security standards.
What you'll bring
11. Strong experience in software engineering, development, support or environment configuration.
12. Domain knowledge in Learning & Development systems.
13. Experience with a broad range of technologies or deep expertise in one.
14. Communicates clearly and works well in a team.
15. Excellent understanding of Agile and ITIL methodologies.
16. Strong knowledge of IT security standards and risk management.
17. Familiar with tools like ServiceNow, and concepts like incident/request management, RCA, and analytics.
18. A keen eye for data and analytics to drive improvements.
