The Role
You will join a growing and busy Employment team, playing a key role in shaping the future of the department. Reporting to senior partners, you will:
* Work across a broad and engaging caseload
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
* Collaborate closely with the wider Corporate, Commercialand Litigation teams
The Employment team advises across multiple sectors, including media, hospitality, tech, publishing, and more. Clients range from household names and public figures to international businesses entering the UK market.
The caseload will include both contentious and non-contentious employment work, such as:
* Employment contracts and settlement agreements
* Senior executive matters
* Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
* Restructuring and redundancy
* TUPE and corporate support
* Disciplinary and grievance issues
* Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
Requirements
* A qualified Employment Solicitor with 4+ years PQE (no upper limit)
* Strong experience across a broad range of employment matters
* A commercial, team-focused approach and excellent communication skills

* Competitive salary and negotiable package, commensurate with experience
