IT Project Manager
6 Months Contract (Extendable)
Hybrid - 3 days per week in Sheffield
Experience Required
* Experience of delivering technical change - ideally in HSBC and if not, then in a financial organisation.
* Ability to determine robust delivery plans - understanding the components required to end to end delivery from project initiation to warranty post implementation.
* Understand and track project financing and resourcing requirements.
* Ability to identify, articulate and manage risk, issues and dependencies on the delivery.
* Ability to collaborate across both technical teams supporting on the delivery, and with non technical teams, such as change delivery, product and 2LOD teams.
* Ability to manage delivery with resources not within direct management and across multiple locations and time zones.
* Ability to track and report delivery progress effectively.
* Ability to escalate appropriate and effectively.
Candidates must come from a banking background and ideally have worked in Payments, Cards or Lending.
