Our client is building something bold in the fashion & lifestyle space—a brand that empowers identity, celebrates culture, and connects communities around the world. As our clients prepares to scale internationally, we're searching for a Head of Ecommerce who is part strategist, part operator, and 100% builder.
This is not a plug-and-play role. You won’t inherit a team or systems—you will create them.
What You’ll Own
Define and execute a long-term ecommerce vision that aligns with our brand values, customer needs, and global growth ambitions.
Platform Ownership
Select, implement, and manage the full ecommerce stack—Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics platforms, integrations, and more.
Team Building
Build the ecommerce team from the ground up—hiring key players across marketing, product, ops, logistics, and customer experience.
Growth & Performance
Drive traffic, conversions, retention, and revenue through CRO, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and deep analytics.
Customer Experience
Create a seamless, identity-driven journey across all touchpoints that reflects our purpose-led brand.
Operations & Fulfillment
Own logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, and customer support operations.
Work closely with tech partners, agencies, and fulfillment providers to drive efficiency and scale.
What You Bring
* 10+ years in ecommerce, digital retail, or D2C
* Track record of building or scaling ecommerce in high-growth environments
* Strong technical fluency with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA, heatmaps, CMS, and integrations
* Experience launching in multiple international markets (UK, Europe, MENA, US)
* Passion for purpose-driven, culturally rooted brands
* Balance of strategic vision with hands-on execution
* Scrappy, fast-moving, and comfortable starting from zero
