3. Statutory Accounts & Compliance: Preparation of annual statutory accounts in line with relevant regulations and standards.Overseeing year-end processes and liaising with external auditors.Ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements. Management Accounting: Support producing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.Budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making.Preparing financial reports and presenting findings to senior leadership. Financial Operations & Controls: Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Implementing and improving financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Hands-on involvement in transactional finance when needed. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management.Supporting strategic growth initiatives by providing detailed financial insights.
