The Role As the People Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day running of the People function and work closely with employees across the business to ensure a positive and well-organised employee experience. This role would suit someone from a HR Coordinator, People Administrator, HR Assistant, or People Operations background who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment. What will you be doing? Your day-to-day responsibilities as the People Coordinator will include: Acting as the first point of contact for employee and HR-related queries Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding processes Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately Coordinating training sessions and development activity Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and surveys Supporting the wider People Operations team with administration Liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders Helping improve processes and identifying more efficient ways of working What are we looking for?
