THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Team, based at our Witney offices. As the first point of contact, you will ensure effective and timely order fulfilment and deployment of all ADC products from our manufacturing sites and third-party manufacturing sites to affiliates. Your role will support project management and process administration, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order management and deployment to meet business and customer requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure all communications, interactions, and behaviors align with ADC core values and the Abbott Code of Conduct.
* Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system for orders.
* Create shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, ASN’s, pick requests, and customs documents for all manufacturing and supply points in the ADC network.
* Coordinate shipments with third-party freight forwarding partners, ensuring correct documentation for audit purposes.
* Facilitate on-time delivery, resolve backorder and backlog issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
* Participate in demand management reviews, adhering to SOPs, and work with outsourcing partners to ensure compliance and process alignment.
* Maintain relationships with global partners and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and EHS standards.
* Complete training records timely to ensure compliance with ETMS/ISO systems.
ABOUT YOU:
You should have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience, with high literacy and numeracy standards.
Experience in supply chain, operations, or a controlled business environment, preferably in a fast-paced global setting, is required. Experience with data, deployment, order management, and working with multiple vendors is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM software, and strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills are essential.
