Looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our growing sales team at Radius. You will contact existing and potential customers to introduce our innovative products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their business needs. Your role will be key in generating new opportunities, building customer relationships, and supporting commercial growth.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will learn effective communication, understand customer requirements, and manage the full sales process in a supportive, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to earn, learn, and build a foundation for a career in sales.


Sales Apprenticeship Programme (S.A.P)

Alongside your role, you'll participate in our structured Sales Apprenticeship Programme, which runs concurrently with your Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship qualification. This programme aims to support your success both in your apprenticeship and in developing key skills for a long-term sales career at Radius. You'll join a community of apprentices across various business units and benefit from development opportunities such as:

* Sales and professional skills workshops
* Networking events with colleagues and leaders
* Mentoring support through our mentorship scheme
* Ongoing learning experiences for personal and professional growth


Responsibilities

* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Radius products or services using pre-determined scripts and templates
* Answer questions about products or Radius as a business
* Drive conversations to understand customer needs and close sales
* Maintain up-to-date internal communications
* Communicate confidently with strong verbal and written skills, including a professional telephone manner
* Be motivated by targets and driven to achieve and exceed goals
* Work well independently and as part of a team
* Handle objections persuasively and resiliently
* Be flexible and open to learning new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment
* Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Have achieved or be on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent qualifications)
* Be eager to grow, improve, and build a successful career in sales
* Have a strong academic background (considering Year 11 leavers)
