Finance Systems Analyst Job Description: Summary of Role This role supports the smooth running of our global finance reporting systems. You'll work closely with finance and IT teams to provide timely support, develop reports, manage user access, and drive system improvements that help our finance community work more efficiently. This role will work in the Newcastle office 3 days a week and 2 from home. Key Responsibilities: What I Will Be Doing - You'll be a key point of contact during month-end, guiding finance teams through the process and offering practical support. - You'll help maintain and test system updates, support changes, and ensure end-users are equipped with clear training and materials. - You'll also design intuitive dashboards and reports to support fast, effective decision-making. Managing user accounts and ensuring security standards align with IT governance will also be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. - Most importantly, you'll look for opportunities to streamline and improve how our systems work. What We Are Looking For - You must have administration experience with finance reporting system to be considered - We're looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong collaboration skills. You should be comfortable working across finance and IT teams, confident in supporting system changes and updates, and experienced in designing reports that bring data to life. - A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement will help you thrive in this role.
