Job Description
We are looking for someone who will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused Facilities Management service.
Service quality will be a core deliverable and will be visible to customers and stakeholders, requiring a proactive, organised and service-driven approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acting as front of house, welcoming visitors and supporting them appropriately
2. Ensuring security procedures are followed at all times
3. Delivering support services including porterage, meeting room management and management of the FM mailbox
4. Supporting inductions for new starters, including health & safety and environmental inductions
5. Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
6. Supporting compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards
7. Assisting with audits, including security audits
8. Providing general administrative support to the Facilities Management team
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Experience working with customers and delivering soft services
10. Ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office packages
11. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with different levels of management
12. Ideally some experience completing compliance checks and reports (training can be provided)
13. A positive attitude with a strong can-do mindset
14. IOSH qualification desirable, although training can be provided
