Title: Marketing Manager
Location: London (Clapham Junction + club sites)
Salary: £50,000
Bonus: Up to 15–20%

This hire will lead that charge.
Responsibilities
Brand Leadership
* Own and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice and storytelling
* Act as brand guardian across all channels and touchpoints. Over time, evolve & execute brand strategy as the business continues to grow
* Bring the refreshed brand identity to life across digital, social and clubs
* Balance consistency with creative evolution as the business scales
Social & Short‑Form Content (Core Focus)
* Lead social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
* Oversee and help drive short‑form content creation with the aid of agencies
* Build repeatable, scalable content formats around players, coaches and community
* Manage content calendars, reactive moments and trend‑led content
* Collaborate on organic and paid social within growth campaigns
Digital Brand Experience
* Own brand presentation across website and booking platform
* Work with designers/developers to ensure best‑in‑class execution
* Contribute creatively to digital campaign storytelling
PR & Visibility
* Identify national PR and cultural moments
* Ensure consistent presence in the UK padel conversation
* Manage or collaborate with PR agencies where required
* Track brand health, engagement and performance
* Use insights to refine channels, content and storytelling
Criteria
Must have
* 5+ years’ experience in brand, social or content‑led marketing
* Proven track record growing a consumer brand in a competitive market
* Deep understanding of social platforms and short‑form content
* Strong creative instincts with hands‑on execution capability
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills
Nice to have
* Experience in sport, leisure, fitness, hospitality or lifestyle
* Background in a fast‑growing or multi‑site business
* Genuine passion for sport
