Furzefield Primary Academy is looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Manager to lead our busy front‑of‑house team and ensure the smooth running of our school operations.
The Role
As our Office Manager, you will be the face of Furzefield Primary Academy, providing an exceptional service to pupils, parents, and staff. You will oversee the day‑to‑day administrative functions, manage school systems, and support the Senior Leadership Team in delivering our strategic goals.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in a senior administrative or office management role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, using appropriate UK English.
* High proficiency in IT systems and school management software.
* The ability to manage a team effectively whilst multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
* A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
