Job Title: Marketing Administrator
Hours: 20 Hours a week – Part time – Permanent (Flexible on hours)
Salary: £ £12.21 per hour depending on age.
Location: Wellingborough – Head Office
Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join the team and ensuring that all tasks are me ton time and that we always give brilliant customer service to our clients and respond in a speedy manner.
This role is for an organised, self-motivated individual who wants to work in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Collateral & Materials Management
* Brochure distribution and management.
* Showroom materials distribution.
* Monitoring brochure stock levels and reordering.
* Digital asset management.
Customer & Lead Management
* Installer website leads tracking.
* New customer system set up and welcome brochure packs.
* Installer job tracking on internal system.
* Find an installer dashboard management.
CRM & Sales Support
* Update sales tracker (CRM) updates.
Events & Sponsorship
* Event Administration, including managing invoicing and sponsorship.
* RSVP management.
Person Specification/ experience:
· A can do positive attitude.
· Ability to multitask & to work to deadlines.
· Must be able to prioritise work and use own initiative.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Good computer skills and used to using all Microsoft packages.
· Good timekeeping and attendance.
