As a Graduate, you will:
Assist in cost and procurement management processes, preparing for the Gleeds’ internal APC programme and self-development training for Chartered status with RICS.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Contributing to high-quality service and deliverables.
* Assisting Cost Managers in delivering services accurately and on time.
* Supporting in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, in-use studies, tender documentation, managing tenders, evaluating tenders, valuing completed work, arranging payments, final accounts, and contract administration.
About You
What you will need:
* Graduated or will graduate before August 2025.
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
* Good organizational skills and adaptability.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Lively, enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise.
* Outgoing, people-oriented, and a team player.
