The successful candidates can be based in any Flagship Housing office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds. The roles comes with Agile Working. As an Energy and Retrofit Surveyor, you will complete retrofit assessments on the homes Flagship manage and identify energy efficiency works. You will carry out post install assessments to ensure the works have been completed to the right standard and produce a new energy performance certificate. Working with contractors and tenants ensuring that the retrofit works are suitable and are delivered to a high standard; ensuring our tenants are satisfied. You’ll identify and report issues to assessed property to relevant departments. Whilst working with your team to identify new ways of working and improvements to processes. Applications are welcomed for the role of Energy and Retrofit Surveyor from those with a good knowledge of retrofit, energy efficiency works and building defects. A good knowledge of relevant H&S legislation as well as energy efficiency measures. You’ll need to have a passion for customer service and to be an effective communicator. You must be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and a Qualified PAS 2035 retrofit assessor. As well as holding a full valid driving licence. Level 3 Energy efficiency measures on older and traditional buildings are desirable, but not essential.
