Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £35,000 base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE: £50,000+)
Type: Full-time | Permanent
An established and growing MSP based in Cambridgeshire is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the office, and is ideal for someone who has previous experience in an MSP or a similar IT services environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing sales team where commission is uncapped and paid not only on closed deals, but also for meetings booked—offering a genuine opportunity to exceed the advertised OTE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients through a mix of outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for the senior sales team
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s IT services and how they support MSP clients
Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
Use CRM tools to manage and track lead activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar SDR or BDR role
Experience working for an MSP, or a strong understanding of the MSP business model
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
What’s on Offer:
£35,000 base salary
Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £50,000+
Commission paid on meetings booked as well as closed business
Clear progression path into senior sales or account management
Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the Cambridgeshire office
A supportive, collaborative team culture with ongoing development opportunities
