About the Job As our Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our site evolves. This is a hands-on role where you won’t just manage projects – you’ll be actively involved in making them happen. You will: Lead and deliver Manufacturing Excellence (ME) savings projects, working closely with Production Engineers and cross-functional teams Drive the planning and delivery of CAPEX projects, ensuring engineering elements are executed effectively and on time Champion and embed 5S standards, ensuring continuous improvement is visible and sustained across the site Take ownership of a range of engineering and improvement projects, bringing structure, pace, and accountability Collaborate with teams across production, engineering and technical functions to identify and implement improvements What you'll bring We’re looking for someone who combines strong project discipline with curiosity and a drive to improve.
