The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping inclusive practice, supporting staff to meet the needs of all learners, and ensuring statutory responsibilities are met in line with the SEND Code of Practice. As a core member of the leadership team, you will drive forward high standards of SEND provision, working closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every child can thrive.
