Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Master Scheduler to join the Aerospace Procurement team. P&C is responsible for managing the end to end (E2E) supply and demand processes, from Sales & Operational Planning, through demand planning, parts production and supply, warehouse storage and logistics, supply into engine build and onward transportation and delivery of engines to our end customers. As our customer demand continues to increase, we need to ensure that the team is ‘match-fit’, to enable Aerospace Procurement to deliver. As a Master Scheduler you will provide functional leadership and support in the co-ordination, planning and scheduling of Planning & Control activities across Aerospace Procurement. What you will be doing: Be the subject matter expert and the functional point of contact for resilient supply planning across Supplier Management Teams. Support scheduling activity, author, deploy and govern planning policies for SAP master data (e.g. lot-sizing, planned delivery times). Advise and lead on the Procurement Data Strategy transformation workstream & tool development for Planning & Control. Support and co-ordinate responses for customer facing reviews across Aerospace Procurement. Preparation of scenarios for evaluation only, including but not limited to, medium / long-term forecasts, high scenarios and customer rate readiness requests. Specifically, you’ll need: You will have a relevant robust experience within planning in the external supply chain. Aftermarket and manufacturing experience desirable. Knowledge of Supply Chain Procurement and Planning & Control principles in a highly regulated industry (such as aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals or nuclear). Knowledge and experience working with SAP MRP, SAP Business Warehouse, reporting and data tools such as PowerBI and DataBricks, and a strong command of Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated, strong people skills experience, ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at different levels both internally and externally and driving change with limited leverage. A willingness to get involved, drive improvement and deal with ambiguity.
