The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences by assisting with a variety of events, including birthdays, weddings, conferences, and baby showers. Your key duties will involve providing outstanding service, ensuring smooth event operations, and thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
* Supervising daily operation.
* Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.
* Managing service standards and staff development.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
* Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
