Responsibilities
:
1. Own the entire customer lifecycle, from first purchase to loyal subscriber
2. Rebuild and optimise subscription flows and automated journeys in Klaviyo
3. Launch weekly campaigns that educate, convert, and retain subscribers
4. Analyse churn, engagement, and subscriber trends to uncover growth opportunities
5. Collaborate across Growth, Product, Creative, and CX to embed retention thinking across all touchpoints
6. Contribute to brand storytelling and customer experience initiatives
Who We're Looking For:
7. Established Klaviyo user - hands-on experience required
8. Experience in D2C scale-ups, ideally subscription consumables (coffee, tea, supplements, FMCG)
9. Data-driven, proactive, and thrives on ownership and experimentation
10. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your work directly impacts growth
