The quality of work is second to none; Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build/plot sales secured lending and much more. Despite dealing with a high calibre of work, your caseload will always be manageable. You may also be asked to assist more senior managers with more complex matters, and a support network supports every team member. Requirements: You will be a Residential Property Senior Solicitor with 6 PQE You will be a dynamic and personable individual You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships Salary & Benefits: Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience.
