Overview
West Berkshire Council is seeking a dedicated Property Asset Officer to join our Finance and Property Service team, based at our Newbury Offices. This role requires broad real estate knowledge to contribute to the Asset challenge / Accommodation Review, strategy and delivery. As a Property Asset Officer, you will be working closely with project colleagues in our transformation team who are looking to optimise our asset base.

Contract details
Please note this role is fixed term for a year after start date – Funding limited project.
