Exciting new vacancy for a Sous chef to join our team at Adamton Country House. This magnificent manor, set within a historic estate dating back to the 11th century, features 265 bedrooms and is conveniently located next to Glasgow Prestwick Airport. Its easily accessible from nearby towns such as Kilmarnock, Prestwick, and Ayr.
Please note: Due to the site's location, candidates may require their own transport. However, alternative travel arrangements can be made available, and onsite accommodation is offered for successful candidates.

Your duties will include:
* Being directly involved in preparing, presenting, and producing meals to the highest standards.
* Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.
* Encouraging and developing your team members.
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
* Managing food deliveries and stock control.
* Demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience from a variety of global cuisines, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work.
