The ideal candidate will have a background in employer branding, talent attraction, or recruitment marketing, and will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of key clients, leading end-to-end employer brand and talent attraction campaigns, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the trusted go-to advisor for a portfolio of key clients
* Leading end-to-end employer brand and talent attraction campaigns
* Building long-term client relationships and driving high-quality results
* Collaborating with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver standout work
* Keeping one eye on industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
Requirements include:
* Experience in employer branding, recruitment comms, or talent attraction campaigns
* Strong client relationship management skills
* Confident communicator with commercial awareness and analytical mindset
* Proactive, curious, and comfortable problem-solving in fast-paced environments
