Receptionist (Accountancy Firm – Didsbury)
Up to £28,000 (DOE) Full-time, Office-based.

Our client are an established firm of accountants and business advisers, supporting a diverse range of clients across the UK. They are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Receptionist / Executive Assistant to be the friendly face of our office and a key support to our directors and team.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients and visitors
* Answer s, manage internal call transfers and general enquiries
* Complete client confirmation statements and other filings with Companies House
* Manage directors/PSCs identification and share changes
* Send client record reminders and maintain accurate filing systems
* Handle incoming post and manage the client records room
* Prepare engagement letters and set up new clients
* Manage Direct Debits, Standing Orders and client communications
* Support senior staff and assist directors with ad hoc tasks
* Renew Croner Taxwise insurance and assist with chasing overdue debts
* Manage new client leads and the main Sterling Partners inbox
About You
* At least 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or admin assistant
* Excellent customer service and front-of-house skills
* Process-driven with an interest in improving systems and using technology/AI tools
* Confident communicator with resilience and professionalism
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and excellent organisation
* Familiar with Companies House and HMRC
* Previous accountancy practice experience
