This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join their residential team in Peterborough. You'll be a key part of their leadership structure, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Deputy Manager, you'll lead shifts, support staff development, and help manage the daily operations of the home. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being and progress of the young people we care for. No two days are the same; some will be challenging, but all will be rewarding.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a children's residential setting
* Has ideally worked as a Deputy Manager previously
* Understands Ofsted regulations and safeguarding legislation
* Is organised, confident with IT systems, and passionate about quality care
* Can lead with energy, empathy, and integrity
