ROLE: Package Manager

We're looking for a Package Manager who will oversee high‑value, business‑critical projects, ensuring safety, quality and performance across technically demanding environments.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of on‑site project delivery, including labour, materials, logistics and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety and quality standards across live, high‑specification environments.
Maintain progress against programme timelines and provide accurate reporting to key stakeholders.
Lead on‑site teams effectively to deliver complex engineering works in environments such as data centres and healthcare facilities.
Drive high levels of communication, briefing and engagement to maintain a safe and efficient site.
Support JCA's commitment to excellence in locations where downtime or disruption is not an option.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for this role:
NVQ Level 3 or higher in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience), with a mechanical bias.
CITB SSSTS certificate (or an approved equivalent).
IOSH Supervising Safely qualification and a valid CSCS card (Black Card desirable).
First Aid at Work certification.
Full UK driving licence.
Proven experience managing high-specification, live-site projects in complex engineering environments.
