Our client, who are well established and globally recognised within the food industry, are seeking a temporary Administrator Assistant to join their welcoming team until next year's summer.
This is a very exciting position which offers lots of variety within the role and great exposure to an excellent company and top professionals. You will be assisting all activities across their team, supporting with meeting minutes, actions, admin, validations, bookings, and ad hoc work.
If you are someone who is extremely organised, confident using Excel, and able to take minutes for key meetings, then this would be an excellent role for you!
* Support the preparation of internal food tastings, meetings, change meetings, etc., and attend together with the Head of Food & Chef team. Take notes and actions, ensure attendance, and share outputs with necessary teams.
* Buy product benchmarks and conduct tastings to assess all relevant food concepts to ensure they are always developing best-in-class food.
* Assist in the tasting of food over its shelf-life from fresh/frozen and ensure customers accept the quality at each stage of the product life.
* Support the Head of Food in the preparation and delivery of professional food presentations that show details of recipes, ingredients, cooking methods, and key rationale for launch.
* Support the team with key meetings and sessions by taking minutes & actions, writing reports, circulating to key teams, including follow-ups and chasing for action results.
* Ensure product and sample bookings are completed on time and accurately for testing, submissions, photoshoots, etc.
* Complete submission forms and paperwork for all concepts in line with customer requirements.
* Assist with the creation of handover documents to transfer new food concepts to the process team and actively support the launch process where necessary.
* Provide assistance to the chefs with sample preparation & paperwork.
* Complete online research for benchmarking exercises, creating relevant tools and analysis.
* Analyze products to create reports and tables for analysis.
* Strong administration background.
* Extremely organized.
* Able to take minutes for key meetings.
