Build strong partnerships with Business, Operations, Finance, and other Technology teams.

Management and Leadership Skills:
Ability to build relationships across the enterprise with Lines of Businesses, Technology, and Business where relevant.
Experience in managing project teams performing multiple projects in parallel.
Experience working in large global complex matrix organizations.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and negotiating skills.
Ability to effectively manage a complex and demanding book of work.
Strong partnership and people management practices.
Cost consciousness and understanding of total cost of ownership.
Proven experience in leading Agile teams, fostering a collaborative and adaptive environment to deliver high-quality results.
Technical/Functional Skills:
Proven experience in technical project delivery, with a business analysis or development background.
Knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., SQL, Oracle), Unix Scripting, Perl. Use of LLM.
Experience with Investment Banking - managing projects across front-to-back flows. Understanding of responsibilities for different transactional processing systems.
Functional experience in financial applications is a plus.
Expertise in distributed technologies, capable of hands-on intervention as required.
Develop high-quality technology solutions addressing business needs within mature technology environments.
Analyze risks and benefits of solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with team to solve problems effectively.
Experience in problem-solving and process improvement.
