Job role: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: £44,(Apply online only)-£50,(Apply online only) per annum Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Hours: Double Days, Monday - Friday 06.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00 Weekly Rotations Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Package · Overtime available - time ½ · 25 days holiday bank holidays · Pension subject to auto-enrolment - Employee contribution 5% (minimum) and Employer contributes 3% · Life Assurance - pays out at 4x salary · Health Cash Plan Benefit · Long Service Awards The Role · Minimise production downtime, by carrying out routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and respond to unplanned breakdowns with the stipulated timeframes. · Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance. · Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption. - To be on call 1 week in 4 (Paid £250 extra per week / £3250 per year & Any callout is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate) · Optimise the performance and lifecycle of operational equipment with regular preventative maintenance, working with the Production team, to identify and understand causes of equipment wear and underperformance. · Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns · Carry out all work according to Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, SOPs, Dynamic Risk Assessments and company policies and procedures.
