About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and personable Customer Relations & Office Manager to join our growing bespoke joinery and CNC manufacturing business. This is a key position within the company and will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to grow with an ambitious, design-led business.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and play an important role in delivering a smooth and professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to project completion.
This role offers genuine long-term progression into operations, project coordination or marketing for the right person.
Key responsibilities
* Managing incoming enquiries via phone, email and website
* Speaking with clients, understanding their requirements and booking consultations
* Preparing and sending quotations
* Supporting pricing, project administration and job tracking
* Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
* Maintaining and developing our CRM and internal systems
* Coordinating schedules between clients, workshop and installation teams
* General office organisation and process improvement
* Supporting customer aftercare and satisfaction
Marketing & growth (bonus responsibilities)

* Basic marketing and brand support
* Website updates and SEO
* Photography, design or content creation
* Client follow-up and lead nurturing
About you
We are looking for someone organised, proactive and confident communicating with high-end residential clients.
Essential:
* Previous experience in an office, customer service or administrative role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and digital tools
* Professional, reliable and motivated
Desirable:
* Experience in interiors, construction, design or property
* Quotation or estimating experience
* Marketing or social media skills
* Design or content creation ability
* Interest in premium craftsmanship and interiors
