What you will be doing
as HR Performance & Solutions Manager
Performance Management - Oversight of performance meetings, including agendas, notes and actions. Monitoring and reporting delivery against objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the team.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence - Partner with the team to drive initiatives that streamline processes and enhance service efficiency. Embed a culture of continuous improvement and identify automation and digitisation opportunities to improve user experience and reduce manual effort.
Solutions Delivery - Oversee the delivery of projects and change initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Workforce Engagement - Owns the engagement agenda and plan for People Services & Reward, driving awareness and behavioural change through targeted communications, while enabling a culture of empowerment and self-service across the employee lifecycle.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Act as a key liaison between the management team, HR Partnering, and business stakeholders. Translate business needs into service solutions and performance priorities. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

What you should bring to the role?
To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need are:
1. Significant HR management experience gained in a large operational unionised business including management of functional performance and/or service delivery
2. Programme development & implementation experience, e.g. has led successful companywide HR change programmes including project management, change management, stakeholder engagement and communications
3. Exceptional communication skills to advise and influence at all levels of the organisation, representing the Director of Reward & People Services in some meetings and in writing
4. Analytical skills to find & interrogate data to report performance, derive insights and develop business cases
5. The ability to write in a clear, concise and grammatically correct manner
Additional skills would be great to bring
6. Project Management and/or Change Management qualification
7. SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors experience
8. Professional recognition such as CIPD

9. Competitive salary - Circa £70,000 per annum.
