The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Procurement Consultant to join our growing Consultancy Team. This is a high-impact role where you will lead client-facing projects, develop innovative procurement solutions, and drive business growth through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of complex procurement consultancy projects.
* Build and nurture strategic relationships with public sector clients.
* Design and implement compliant, value-for-money procurement solutions.
* Collaborate across YPO departments to maximise opportunities and share best practice.
Requirements
* Significant experience in senior procurement roles, ideally within the UK public sector.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
* Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
* Full member or working towards membership of CIPS (Level 5 or equivalent).
* Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Desirable Experience
* Consultancy or membership organisation experience.
* Proven success in business development and change leadership.
* A full driving licence is advantageous.
