Your Role * Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs (general Teaching Assistant duties) * Assist teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and tailored interventions. * Promote positive routines, emotional regulation, and resilience throughout the school day. * Track progress and maintain clear communication with staff and families. The successful SEMH Level3 Teaching Assistant will have * Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH/behavioural needs (school, care, or youth work). * A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to behaviour management. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Understanding of SEMH and SEND strategies. * Relevant qualifications in education, care, or support (desirable but not essential).
