Job description
* West Suffolk College - Bury St Edmunds (with hybrid working opportunity)
* 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
* Initial Fixed Term Contract (18-month apprenticeship)
* Salary: £14,527 per annum

We are offering a great opportunity for an apprentice to join our finance team in a role supporting project delivery and administration. You will work closely with project teams and the wider finance department, helping to make a real impact on our students and community. The apprenticeship can follow either an AAT or Business Administration path, based on your career goals.
In this role, you will assist with tracking project costs, maintaining documentation, preparing claims and audit evidence, and managing finance-related SharePoint sites. You will support audit queries and help ensure financial procedures are followed, working with a range of internal stakeholders across the Eastern Education Group.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good organisation skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A minimum of Level 2 English and Maths is required.
