Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate tasks and streamline processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming emails and allocation of internal tasks.
* Answering the phone and allocating calls as appropriate.
* Dealing quickly and effectively with customer queries or problems.
* Managing and responding to delivery or tracking issues.
* Working with the Warehouse team to manage despatch paperwork.
* Managing and maintaining accurate records.
* Seeking out process improvements and sharing ideas on how to make things better.
* Consistently providing high quality service to customers and suppliers alike.
