Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Welfare Cleaner / Janitor for a major construction project in Port Talbot. These roles are on a temp - perm basis with potential for long-term opportunities. You will join a reputable construction team that values safety, reliability, and high standards of cleanliness.
Key Duties
* Sweep and clear debris from work areas.
* Clean welfare facilities including toilets, canteens and offices.
* Empty bins and manage waste disposal.
* Wipe down surfaces and maintain hygiene standards.
* Report hazards or maintenance issues to site management.
* Work independently while following site safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
* Valid CSCS card desirable, or the ability ro obtain one
* Previous cleaning experience on construction or industrial sites preferred.
* Good understanding of health and safety practices.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
* Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
* PPE can be provided if required.
