Our client, a franchised main dealership, in Ipswich has the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.
Responsibilities
* Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
* Ensure the very highest levels of customer service every time
* Departmental profitability
* Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
* Controlling expenses
* Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
* Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
* Installing, and maintaining processes
* Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
* Franchised Dealership Experience
* Kerridge

* Basic Salary of up to £38,000
* On Target Earnings of £46,000
* Use of Company Vehicle plus fuel

* Mon-Fri 8:00-17:30 Saturday morning 1 in3 or 4
