About Us:
Private Markets Associates (PMA) is a boutique strategic and structuring consultancy operating in the financial services sector, and within private equity, venture capital and hedge funds.
We provide strategic, legal, and regulatory support to fund managers, investors, and service providers. Our clients range from boutique investment firms to global asset managers. We pride ourselves on delivering commercially minded, practical support in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
PMA works closely with its sister company H-Bay, a global digital entity management company, providing company secretary, fund operations and bespoke consultancy services. We combine technical excellence with a commercial mindset, working as a trusted extension of our clients’ teams.
At both PMA and H-Bay our culture is professional, fast-paced, and collaborative, with a strong focus on innovation and excellence. We are committed to building a team of professionals who are not only experts in their fields but also dynamic, motivated and driven to make a meaningful impact. We value individuals who are excited to be involved in developing and managing systems and processes that enhance our operations and client service delivery. We also appreciate individuals that are prepared to “muck in” and help out wherever needed.
