ServiceNow Product Manager
North West Based Enterprise Level Critical National Infrastructure Organisation requires a ServiceNow Product Manager who can provide product and platform leadership supported by a product team including technical product owner and architecture expertise.
Ideal Candidate description
* Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication, able to challenge with credibility and business partner effectively.
* Partner with other Product Managers to face off into the Organisation
* Knowledge across platform with at lease knowledge in two of the following areas - HR, CSM, ITSM, IRM, BCM, H&S, SPM, NowAssist
* Evangelise with pragmatism, regarding the role that ServiceNow can play for the organisation.
* Strong commercial mindset - Internally to support cost of delivery, and externally to drive value from the ServiceNow contract

* ServiceNow platform leadership
* Platform architecture understanding (key patterns, integrations, data, security)
* Risk & controls mindset (audit evidence, compliance, security-by-design)
* Governance & decision-making (standards, guardrails, pragmatic exceptions)
* Delivery collaboration (Agile ways of working, enabling teams without blocking)
Key Activities:
* Define Platform Strategy, Roadmap & Technical Direction
* Lead Continuous Improvement & Platform Performance Optimisation
* Platform Governance & Quality Assurance
* Vendor Management - Driving value from ServiceNow contract, managing licensing, and implementation partners
* Support Release, Environment & Lifecycle Management
* Support Security, Risk, Compliance & Audit Readiness
