Emerging Talent Advisor
Approx 3-month contract, around £20 ph, PAYE. Onsite role – 4 days per week at Rosyth.
The Emerging Talent Advisor supports the recruitment, onboarding, development and employee relations of apprentices, graduates and undergraduates at the Rosyth site. Reporting to the Emerging Talent team, the role focuses on improving participant experience, ensuring programme consistency and supporting future workforce growth.
Key responsibilities
* Supporting apprentice performance and absence management
* Coordinating onboarding and induction
* Liaising with internal teams and training providers
* Assisting with reporting, monitoring progress
* Contributing to continuous improvement of processes
Requirements
Strong knowledge of HR, recruitment or employee relations processes, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Qualifications
* A Level (or equivalent)
* GCSE English & Maths
* CIPD Level 5 desirable
