Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise whole classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting positive behaviour across the classroom.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absence
* Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils remain on task
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Maintain a calm, structured and focused learning environment
* Support student engagement and participation in learning activities
* Report any concerns or issues to relevant staff
* Follow school safeguarding and behaviour procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people is desirable
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Confident, professional and proactive approach
* Ability to engage and manage groups of students effectively
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
