Title: Accounting Manager (International)

Position Overview
We seek a skilled Accounting Manager to join our international finance team in Belfast, managing financial activities of Imperva Inc., a key trading entity. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role is pivotal in leading financial strategy and operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Ledger Management:
o Manage accounting records for Imperva Inc. using NetSuite.
o Perform monthly closing, booking, reconciliation, and clearing of complex ledger accounts.
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial books.
o Assist with hard close procedures and US entity reporting using DMT/Magnitude.
o Handle transactions across multiple international entities and currencies.
2. Reporting and Analysis:
o Manage risks and opportunities in balance sheet items.
o Support audit processes and timelines.
o Review weekly cash forecasts for US entities.
3. Process Improvement and Compliance:
o Implement system modifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
o Enhance accounting processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
o Ensure adherence to Thales group accounting policies.
4. Project Management:
o Lead integration projects, including legal entity simplification and ERP migration from NetSuite to Oracle.
o Collaborate across departments and regions for Imperva integration.
5. Team Leadership:
o Supervise and develop a team of four accounting professionals.
o Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and set performance goals.
6. Qualifications and Experience:
o Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 3+ years post-qualified experience.
o Experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant, preferably in an international setting.
o Proficiency with NetSuite and Oracle preferred; strong Excel skills required.
7. Personal Attributes:
o Detail-oriented, analytical, and methodical.
o Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
