Accounts Administrator We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator. Our client is offering a great opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Accounts and Procurement teams. Saturday working on a rota basis (May to November), with additional pay. Responsibilities As an Accounts Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include: Maintaining the Purchase Ledger. Processing supplier payments. Raising sales invoices and ensuring timely reminders for customer payments. Identifying and addressing discrepancies in documentation. Updating internal spreadsheets and reconciling credit card transactions. Providing administrative support to the Procurement Manager and Finance Manager as required. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Previous experience in accounts administration. Knowledge of VAT treatment. Experience with SAGE 50 (beneficial but not essential). Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A proactive approach to managing workload independently and as part of a team.
